Prevailing Solutions provides a range of Programmed Maintenance Service options. This preventative maintenance service is customised to suit the individual requirements of specific customers and their specific systems.

Each annual programmed maintenance contract usually comprises a prescribed schedule of maintenance visits as well as a comprehensive list of cleaning, software updates and maintenance tasks designed to keep all systems components operating in an optimal fashion and reduce the likelihood of any equipment failure.

The first visit usually includes a full system audit and the creation of a security asset register. Subsequent visits are followed up by a report to the customer, detailing the work that was carried out during the visit as well as any recommendations or suggested remedial actions.
