Our Service Department is focused on being responsive to our customers' urgent needs and provides a range of Remote and on-site support services to assist customers and to help maintain the continued operation of their security system.

In some cases, faults may be identified and remedied remotely using remote system management software. This type of service may provide a quick and cost-effective solution to a problem. In other cases, it may be necessary for a Service Technician to attend site. Whatever the service requirement, our Service Department is available to assist promptly.

Prevailing Solutions also provides an Afterhours Emergency Call Out Service, for those occassions when the repair cannot wait until the following Business day.
