Prevailing Solutions offers a Help Desk Service to its contracted customers. Help Desk technicians can usually assist with common IT administration issues as well as questions and issues regarding Microsoft Operating Systems, Office 365 Applications and Networking. A Network Engineer is always available in the event that an enquiry or issue requires further investigation.


Remote Support

Prevailing Solutions uses specialist computer and network management tools to support its operations. Some of these tools enable secure remote support of customer computers, servers and networks. Our ability to remotely and securely support our customers enables us to deliver prompt resolution of a problem or difficulty. Remote support tools are ideal for deploying additional software or software updates. It also means that we can provide scheduled or enquiry-driven training to a customer, using their own computer screen or device.


On-site Support

On occasion it may be necessary to conduct a site-visit to install new hardware or to fix a specific issue. Prevailing Solutions technicians are available to attend site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Contracted customers typically have an agreement with Prevailing Solutions that includes an amount of remote support and a number of on-site hours per month.
